1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website and engaging with our boutique via WhatsApp or social media, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
2. Handcrafted Nature
Please note that each BYKBangles set is handcrafted by artisans. Minor variations in beads, stone placement, or lacquer finish are a hallmark of artisanal luxury and are not considered defects. Photos on the website are representative of the design you will receive.
3. Ordering Process
Our orders are primarily processed via WhatsApp to ensure a personalized bridal experience. A price quote provided during a chat is valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed only after payment is received.
4. Cancellations & Returns
Due to the personal nature of bridal jewellery, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged. In case of damage, please provide an unboxing video within 24 hours of receipt.
5. Limitation of Liability
BYKBangles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our jewellery or delays in shipping by third-party logistics partners.
